BEIRUT: An Ethiopian woman died Thursday as a result of being hit by a vehicle on the Dbayeh highway, north of Beirut.
An unidentified vehicle hit the woman, whose identity remains unknown. The driver fled the scene.
When paramedics arrived, the woman was bleeding heavily but still alive. She died on the way to the hospital.
