Banks Street closing for Parliament event

BEIRUT: Police cautioned downtown Beirut motorists and citizens that Banks Street will be closed at 7 a.m. Monday and until the end of a ceremony that will take place at Parliament. Internal Security Forces said in a statement that the closure is due to a ceremony to launch the “National Plan for Human Rights” that will be held at general assembly hall of the Parliament building in Nijmeh Square. House Speaker Nabih Berri will attend the ceremony.
