BEIRUT: Thieves broke into Mar Mikhail Church in Ablah, east Lebanon, overnight and stole an unknown amount of money, police said Friday.
They said the burglars, taking advantage of a snowstorm hitting Lebanon, stole the money from the church’s donation box.
Policemen from the Internal Security Forces arrived on the scene and have launched an investigation.
