Syrian soldiers enter Lebanon to burn house

BEIRUT: Syrian Army soldiers crossed into Masharih al-Qaa Tuesday and set fire to a house in the village, according to news reports. The report said that the home was abandoned and belonged to Sharif Ezzeddine. The house is located 200 meters away from the Syrian army’s base. According to sources, Ezzeddine confirmed that Syrian soldiers entered his home and set it ablaze but did not say whether the home was abandoned.
