Two killed in Kesrouan during personal dispute

BEIRUT: Two people were killed Thursday during a personal dispute in the Kesrouan town of Wata al-Joz, security sources told The Daily Star.

Ghassan Saifeddine and his son Hadi were both shot and killed after Saifeddine, a truck driver, got into an argument with a driver of another truck. Saifeddine pulled a knife during the fight.

The bodies were transferred to St. George Hospital in Ajaltoun, the sources said.

Security forces launched an investigation into the incident and are searching for the killer, the sources said.
