Army arrests two near Ibrahim’s home

BEIRUT: Army Intelligence detained two people for suspiciously roaming in their car near the south Lebanon residence of the head of General Security, Brig. Gen. Abbas Ibrahim, security sources told the Central News Agency Tuesday.

The sources added that Army Intelligence spotted a Palestinian man, Kh. M., and a Lebanese woman, Ikhlas K., acting suspiciously in a dark blue Mercedes near the residence of Ibrahim in the village of Kawthariyat al-Siyyad in the Zahrani region.

Army Intelligence have launched an investigation, the sources added.
