BEIRUT: Authorities charged nine people Friday for transporting explosives into Syria with the aim of launching an attack, a judicial source told The Daily Star.
A group based in Lebanon stands accused of transporting weapons from the Palestinian camp Mieh Mieh, Khalde and Rahab, a neighborhood in Beirut’s southern suburbs.
