Kerry pledges $380M in further humanitarian aid to Syria

KUWAIT: U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry promised $380 million in additional humanitarian aid to Syria on Wednesday.

Speaking at a donor conference in Kuwait, he said: "I am ... proud to announce today on President Obama's behalf a new announcement of an additional $380 million in assistance."
