RIYADH: Saudi Arabia on Friday gave its citizens fighting abroad a 15-day ultimatum to return to the kingdom or face imprisonment, state television reported.

The ultimatum handed down by the interior ministry comes after King Abdullah announced on February 3 tough penalties for "terrorism" offences, including jail terms of up to 20 years for Saudis fighting abroad.
