Palestinian protesters clashed with Israeli police in Jerusalem Wednesday after authorities limited access for Muslim worshipers to the flashpoint Al-Aqsa mosque compound, police said.Four Palestinians were arrested and three police were wounded in the confrontation, police spokeswoman Luba Samri said.It is revered by Jews as the location of the biblical Jewish temple, considered Judaism's holiest place.Israeli Public Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch threatened Tuesday to close the compound entirely if members of the two faiths could not pray there peacefully.
