Two simultaneous suicide attacks killed four people and wounded 13 Monday in southern Damascus near the Shiite shrine of Sayyida Zeinab, Syria's state news agency SANA reported.On Feb. 1, a blast ripped through a bus carrying Lebanese Shiite pilgrims in Damascus, killing at least nine people in an attack claimed by the Nusra Front.SANA said the attack also wounded 26 people, including a child and two women.A rebel group in southern Qunaitra province, meanwhile, fired mortar bombs at the regime-held village of Khan Arnaba, wounding one person, the Observatory said.
