JERUSALEM: An attacker stabbed a Jewish man outside a shopping centre near Tel Aviv on Wednesday and was captured, Israeli police and media said, after several days of unrest in Israel and the West Bank.

The 25-year-old victim suffered moderate injuries in the attack in Petah Tikva, rescue services said. He appeared to be an ultra-Orthodox Jew, as seen in local news media footage.
