Palestinian leaders Monday denounced an Israeli bill to legalize several thousand Jewish homes in the occupied West Bank, vowing to take up the issue at the U.N. Security Council.A committee of Israeli ministers adopted the two bills Sunday, though they must still be approved by Parliament.The bill to legalize Israeli homes in the West Bank was pushed through the committee despite opposition from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.The bill is expected to apply to between 2,000 and 3,000 homes in the West Bank.
