Israel police, Palestinian worshipers clash at Jerusalem holy site

Palestinians run for cover from sound grenades fired by Israeli security forces outside the Dome of the Rock mosque in Jerusalem's Al-Aqsa Mosque compound on August 11, 2019, as clashes broke out during the overlapping Jewish and Muslim holidays of Eid al-Adha and the Tisha B'av holiday inside the historic compound which is considered the third-holiest site in Islam and the most sacred for Jews, who revere it as the location of the two biblical-era temples. / AFP / AHMAD GHARABLI
