BEIRUT: Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea left to Saudi Arabia Monday morning on an official visit, his press office said.

Geagea, part of the March 14 coalition, is scheduled to meet with high-ranking officials.

It is not known whether Geagea will meet with head of the Future Movement, former Prime Minister Saad Hariri, who is in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

Also Monday, head of the Progressive Socialist Party MP Walid Jumblatt boarded a plane headed to the Egyptian capital, Cairo.

Separately, State Minister Marwan Kheireddine headed to Geneva, Switzerland.
