Feltman expected in Beirut soon for talks

BEIRUT: U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Jeffrey Feltman is expected to arrive in Beirut in the coming hours on an official visit as part of a regional tour, Lebanese officials said Wednesday.

Feltman is scheduled to meet with President Michel Sleiman, Speaker Nabih Berri and Prime Minister-designate Najib Mikati, among other Lebanese officials.
