BEIRUT: Lebanese Forces Batroun MP Antoine Zahra said Thursday former Prime Minister Saad Hariri, who has been out of Lebanon since April, will return to Beirut soon.

“The return of [the former] prime minister [to Beirut] will be soon. Yesterday, he said the return will be final.

We all know that there are [security] circumstances that forced him to leave the country but he is in constant contact with his allies,” Zahra told Free Lebanon radio station.

Hariri has expressed his desire to return to Beirut soon. He said on Twitter Tuesday that “security is a big issue, but I will come back.”
