Lebanese teen dies of Syrian Army gunfire: sources

BEIRUT: A Lebanese teen died of his wounds from Syrian Army gunfire in north Lebanon over the weekend, security sources said.

Hassan Obeid, 17, was shot in the stomach in the village of Bqayha on the Lebanese-Syrian border facing Wadi Khlaled, north Lebanon, the sources said.

Obeid, in serious condition, was transported from his village to a private clinic in north Lebanon but died of his wounds.
