BEIRUT: Former Arab League head Amr Moussa arrived in Beirut Saturday from Cairo.
The former Arab League head, who is also a Egyptian presidential candidate, will take part in a conference Sunday organized by United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA).
Earlier Saturday, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu arrived in Beirut and held a series of discussions with President Michel Sleiman, Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, Prime Minister Najib Mikati and Maronite Patriarch Beshara Rai. He too will attend Sunday’s conference.
