Hariri says will return to participate in Lebanon elections

BEIRUT: Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri said Thursday he would return to Lebanon for the upcoming parliamentary elections.

“I will be at your side during the next elections whatever the electoral law that is agreed on,” he said during a televised speech commemorating the eighth anniversary of Feb. 14, the day his father, former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, was assassinated.
