Romanian authorities said Friday they had detained three local men for allegedly "disseminating false information" after a British TV report purported to show gang members offering guns for sale.Prosecutors also said in a statement they wanted to question the journalists involved in the report by Sky News, which has provoked consternation in Romania including from Prime Minister Dacian Ciolos.Sky News stood by the report on Friday.The report involves two men with their faces covered in a remote area of EU member Romania showing the TV crew a number of weapons. One of the three detained men, questioned Thursday by Romania's DIICOT organised crime investigation unit, has now said that he was offered 2,000 euros, together with two friends, to be in the report.Sky News on Friday stuck to the report, which was by chief correspondent Stuart Ramsay.
