Beirut Marathon

Thousands of people took part in the annual Beirut Marathon Sunday, as participants started trickling into Downtown Beirut to the starting point early in the morning, spreading out along a 42 km route which stretched throughout much of the city, reaching the northern suburb of Dbayeh.
