Lebanon went to the polls Sunday to elect MPs for the first time in nine years, with voter turnout over 20 percent by early afternoon, and the country’s three key leaders – Prime Minister Saad Hariri, President Michel Aoun and Speaker Nabih Berri – having cast their ballots.
