Sagesse are one game away from reaching the final of the Lebanese Basketball League for the first time since 2006 after defeating Amchit 96-88 in game two of their semifinal series at Amchit Friday.But Sagesse remained ahead thanks to the fine work of Chris Daniels, who scored nine points alone in this quarter to give his side a 21-19 lead. On the other end, Fadi al-Khatib and Jeremiah Massey cut Sagesse's defense into pieces, earning the lead at 34-32 with three minutes to go in the half.With Khazzouh back on court, Sagesse regained their superiority in the paint as the Australian-Lebanese center netted eight points early in the third to give Sagesse a 56-51 lead. Spencer led the scoring for Sagesse with 35 points, while Daniels added 22 points and 14 rebounds.Traore led the scoring for Amchit with 31 points, and Massey added 19 points and nine rebounds.
