England head to Tallinn for Sunday's European Championship qualifying match against Estonia as even firmer favorites to win Group E after Switzerland, supposedly their biggest rivals, lost a second successive game this week.England have no new injuries ahead of Sunday's game, and once they were 2-0 ahead Thursday, Hodgson took off Liverpool's Jordan Henderson and Raheem Sterling at halftime, and Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck later.England and Estonia have met twice before, in qualifying for the 2008 European Championship. On that occasion, England won each game 3-0 .
