Belgian international midfielder Eden Hazard has signed a new five-and-a-half-year contract with Chelsea, the Premier League leaders confirmed Thursday.Hazard has scored 13 goals in 36 appearances so far this season, helping Chelsea take a seven-point lead at the top of the table, while also reaching the League Cup final and the last 16 of the Champions League.Hazard was named PFA Young Player of the Year and Chelsea's Player of the Year at the end of last season, having finished with 17 goals in all competitions.
