Everton, the lone British representative remaining in the Europa League, were given a testing last-16 tie against Ukrainian outfit Dynamo Kiev after the draw was made Friday in Switzerland.Napoli, who were inspired to UEFA Cup victory by Diego Maradona in 1989, host Dinamo Moscow while the fifth Italian team in the draw, Torino, travel to Russia and a first-leg matchup against 2008 winners Zenit St. Petersburg.Ajax, the only domestic champions in the last-16 and 1992 winners, also travel to the Ukraine and a difficult test against Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk.
