Manchester City could miss out on top target Paul Pogba after it emerged Friday that French champions Paris Saint-Germain had entered the race for the 22-year-old Juventus midfielder. The Qatari-owned club have joined a growing list of suitors for Pogba, with Spanish duo Barcelona and Real Madrid as well as former employers Manchester United all believed to be gunning for the signature of one football's hottest properties. Pogba is thought to favor a move to La Liga, although Real Madrid have been put off by the 70 million-pound price tag along with the 200,000 pounds a week that Pogba is demanding. The news could come as a serious blow to City's transfer plans, after they had earmarked Pogba along with Wolfsburg's Kevin de Bruyne and Liverpool's Raheem Sterling as key signings ahead of an anticipated summer overhaul.Arsenal, meanwhile, are believed to be closing in on a 10 million-pound deal for Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech, the Daily Mirror reported.
