Liverpool will look to make a statement this summer with a triple swoop for South Americans Roberto Firmino, Carlos Bacca and Salomon Rondon, according to various sources in the U.K.The Reds are anticipating the departure of Raheem Sterling in a 50-million-pound ($79-million) move to Manchester City and intend to use those funds to push through deals for the aforementioned trio.Hoffenheim forward Firmino, who is currently on duty with Brazil at the Copa America, is believed to be the closest to joining the Merseyside club with Brazilian media outlet Globoesporte reporting that an 18-million-pound deal and five-year contract has already been agreed for the 23-year-old. The Sevilla striker netted 28 times for the Andalucian side, including two goals in the Europa League final which Sevilla won 3-2 .With Daniel Sturridge expected to be sidelined for many months, Liverpool may well opt to sign all three forwards.
