The billionaire former chairman of US entertainment giant the Walt Disney Corporation is in talks to buy English fourth-tier club Portsmouth, the south coast side has confirmed.Portsmouth won the FA Cup as recently as 2008 when they were a Premier League club.Champions of England in successive seasons in 1948/49 and 1949/50, Portsmouth were on the brink of going out of business before the PST, virtually as a last resort, took over the running of the club and brought it out of administration in 2013, making it one of the few 'fan-owned' clubs in English football.
