Chef Joe Barza has a passion for cooking that runs through his veins.

"I'm crazy about cooking," says the soft-spoken, tall man. "It's in my blood."

Barza's love for cooking began when he was a small child, waking up at 4 a.m. to the scents of his mother's cooking. He would sleepily stumble to the kitchen where his mother would sit him at the counter while she cooked a feast to feed four children and her husband.
