Syrian President Bashar Assad has again tied his expected visit to Lebanon to the formation of a national unity government - and indicated that his country will soon open an embassy in Lebanon. In an interview with India's The Hindu newspaper, Assad said the recent Doha agreement that ended an 18-month.
