The Telecommunication Ministry intends to increase the capacity of Lebanon's cellular networks by 80 percent to improve quality of service, end congestion and enhance the value of the mobile system, a senior official said on Tuesday. "We have already started ... and this work will continue until we reach the desired target," Roger Najar.
