The US Senate overwhelmingly passed a $106 billion war-spending bill late Thursday which includes $69 million in security aid to Lebanon. The bill, which aims primarily to fund the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, aid in fighting the H1N1 virus, bolster the International Monetary Fund and assist Pakistan.
