BEIRUT: A celebration was organized on Sunday for the occasion of the birthday of late Prime Minister Rafik Hariri at the hall bearing his name at the Al-Amin Mosque in Beirut. The celebration was organized by Hariri’s widow Nazek Hariri and the women’s organization affiliated with the Future Movement. An array of social and political figures attended the gathering including Prime Minister designate Saad Hariri. The ceremony included a prayer and words by Hariri’s friends. – The Daily Star
