BEIRUT: Eighteen wanted suspects were arrested and two car thieves were caught red-handed by the Internal Security Forces (ISF) and the judicial police on Wednesday, said a security source. The suspects were wanted for various crimes such as theft, smuggling weapons, drug use, drug trafficking, prostitution, encouraging prostitution, kidnapping, assault, writing bad checks and illegal firing of weapons, the source said. It added that the judicial police were able to arrest two car thieves in the town of Hawr Taala in the Bekaa as they were trying to sell a stolen vehicle.
