BEIRUT: Road works will partially close the coastal highway between Karantina and Dora overnight on Friday. The Internal Security Forces announced that the road works would take place between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., and lead to the closure of roughly 40 percent of either side of the highway. Motorists are asked to follow the directives and signs of ISF personnel to prevent congestion and traffic problems. – The Daily Star
