A four-part plan to solve the Sidon dump crisis was endorsed recently during a discussion of the city's woeful environmental conditions, amid growing international pressure to see Lebanon get its act together or face a halt in foreign development assistance. Discussions regarding the plan, based on a government study, was held at the Sidon Chamber of Commerce.
