President Michel Sleiman called on Saturday for the newly formed Cabinet to implement administrative reforms as he stressed the need to establish administrative decentralization in order to modernize the Lebanese state's institutions. Speaking during the laying of the cornerstone of the Yammouneh Dam project in Baalbek, Sleiman underscored the Bekaa region's right to benefit from water supplies.
