The Internal Security Forces arrested four people involved in the theft of cars, including a man with several arrest warrants, the state-run National News Agency (NNA) reported Monday. The NNA said police raided an apartment in Beirut's Shiyyah neighborhood and arrested a man identified as "M.J.," 23, after he exchanged fire with security forces.
