Anyone who has ever done any study of wastewater management here in Lebanon and our handling of it, and there have been countless studies over the years, knows the abysmal overall conditions. We can partially blame the war and the obvious neglect that came during that time but even well before the war Lebanon had a problem with how it was depositing its waste.
