Culture Minister Tarek Mitri confirmed Wednesday that Lebanon's project to create a National Library is going full steam ahead under his leadership, but was unable to give a date for its completion. At a news conference held in the library's temporary headquarters at Beirut Port, where the collection of 200,000 manuscripts.
