Israeli warplanes struck the main Beirut-Damascus highway border crossing at Masnaa for the third time on Monday, wounding four customs employees and a civilian, security sources said. A customs post on the Lebanese side of the border with Syria was bombed midday in an attack that destroyed a civilian vehicle.
