As a brisk wind blew on Sunday morning, thousands of spectators cheered on the 39,000 athletes racing to the finish line of the ING New York City Marathon - among them Nano Chlimon, a 47-year-old hand-cycler from Lebanon. Chlimon powered his way through the 26.2-mile (42-kilometer) course despite sharp winds.
