Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and Future Movement figures expressed optimism on Wednesday with reference concerning the formation of the upcoming national unity cabinet before the end of the month. Following talks with Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri in Parliament, Berri told reporters that "nothing prevents.
