Blasts in south Lebanon constitute 'serious breach of UN Security Council resolution'

A series of blasts in a building outside of the southern town of Tibnin on Tuesday was likely triggered by a deposit of explosives and constitutes a serious breach of UN Security Council Resolution 1701, UN peacekeepers said Wednesday.
