The militant group Al-Qaeda has claimed responsibility for the rocket attacks on Israel which threatened to shatter its fragile peace with Lebanon earlier this year. A video, apparently produced and posted online by the group, recently surfaced featuring footage of two hooded militiamen assembling rockets.
