Israeli prosecutors have indicted an Israeli Arab for passing information on the country's military chief of staff to the Lebanese group Hizbullah, according to court documents made public Monday. Israeli defense officials said the information given to Hizbullah by Rawi Sultani, 23, was meant to facilitate a plot to assassinate Lieutenant General Gabi Ashkenazi in retaliation.
