Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri met with senior Qatari figures on Sunday ahead of his scheduled visit to the United Arab Emirates to discuss the on-going issue of expelled Lebanese residents. The Amal Movement leader met with Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifah al-Thani on Sunday after dining with Qatari Premier Shiekh Hamad bin-Jassem bin Jabr al-Thani the previous day.
