BEIRUT: French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner exhorted politicians to promptly form a national-unity government based on the agreed upon 15-10-5 structure, stressing that domestic obstacles rather than foreign interference have delayed the process. During his two-day visit to Beirut, Kouchner held talks with President Michel Sleiman, Speaker Nabih Berri, Premier-designate Saad Hariri.
